Breakfast at Panache is a celebration of flavors, local produce and beauty. The best advice someone ever gave me is this: ‘’Do yourself a favor and cook what you like’’.  I listened and as a result, you will be able to enjoy every morning dishes with an undeniable French influence. The three course breakfast begins with an ‘’in season’’ fruit creation in which local cherries, strawberries, peaches, apricots, pears and much more will enchant you by their freshness.  The second course is another local flavors experience, but this time with cheeses, spreads and breads. We carefully selected our personal favorite treats for you to discover. Finally, the main course is always ‘’au-gout-du-jour’’ because I like keeping my life exciting! Garden chives and cherry tomatoes crab quiche, almond crusted lavender croissant French toast, are just a few examples of what you can expect to find on your plate. Every Sunday is ‘’Crêpes Day’’. You choose between a sweet or savory filled crêpe, with all the trimmings of course! Make sure to advise us in advance of any food allergy or intolerance so that we can adapt your plate to give you the gastronomical experience you deserve!
